This smoothie is sure to give your taste buds a flavor blast! Summer may be over, but it’s never too late to enjoy some tart red raspberries with strawberries coupled with the zing of fresh lemons and ginger, that melds with a sweet and creamy banana. It’s refreshing, yet just enough to satisfy a sweets craving.

1/2 cup frozen Red Raspberries
1/2 cup frozen Strawberries
1/2 – 1 small frozen Banana
1/4″ thick, slice of fresh Ginger
1/4 Lemon, juice only
8oz White Tea, brewed, chilled.
Place all items into NutriBullet or blender and process until smooth. (vegan/vegetarian/paleo/gluten-free friendly!) Makes approx 16oz serving size, approx 200-300 calories. Enjoy!
